I started teaching physical education at St. Hubert School in 1996. Previously, I spent five years teaching at St. Helena School in south Minneapolis. I received my undergraduate degree in physical education and coaching from Mankato State University in 1990.  I received a master's degree in curriculum and instruction in 2012 from the University of St. Thomas.

My coaching experience includes, Timberwolves basketball camps, St. Clair High School, Bloomington Kennedy, and Holy Family Catholic High School boy’s basketball.  I have coached basketball and volleyball teams at St. Helena and St. Hubert School.

I spend time during the summer coaching Hornet basketball and volleyball camps. I started Hornet Camps in 1999.  I’ve enjoyed working with the thousands of kids from St. Hubert School and surrounding communities who have come to participate in the camps.
